I can hardly believe that it is almost the new school year! This summer has flown by especially fast. I have tried to keep my family on a routine so that when we are preparing for the first week of school, going to bed and waking up won't be too difficult! But we all know that no matter how much we think we prepare, the first days of school are still the hardest for the little ones!
I have spent some time in my room this past week reorganizing my classroom library. I have tucked away a bunch of old and new books so that I have something to surprise students with once we get into a good routine. I have also spent time learning some new science kits that we will be diving into this year and boy are they fun! The more time I take to prepare and ready myself for the new year, the more excited I get. I hope the students are just as excited, too! Our theme for this year is Superhero, so I am working on a place to display our 'incredible work'. I have a lot to get ready before students arrive! The first day will be here before you know it. If you are just as eager to prepare for the new school year, here is a welcome letter and supply list. Enjoy these last few days of summer!
